Dia de los Muertos 2020 - Integrative Retreat (virtual)

2020 has been a year of collective grief, on top of our personal struggles and triumphs. If you want to be seen and heard, move with aliveness, and celebrate your loved ones in the beautiful Mexican tradition of Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), this retreat was designed specifically for you.

• Two day Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) experience! Learn the history, build an altar, and participate in a meditation in motion ritual tradition to honor your loved ones who have passed

• At home spa on election day with a curated box sent to you – prepare to process any feelings surrounding this momentous day

Friday - Oct. 30th

• Welcome Call (2.5 hours) - live on zoom

Saturday - Oct. 31st

• Full Moon Guided Meditation - recorded for your convenience (30 mins)

Sunday - Nov. 1st

• Breath and gratitude movement class utilizing Fletcher Pilates techniques - lead by co-founder Teresa (1 hour) - live on zoom
• Bake Pan de Muerto (receipt and shopping list included) (optional) - live on zoom
• Altar building hands-on experience (include your housemates) (90 mins) - live on zoom

Monday - Nov. 2nd

• Meditation in Motion movement experience interacting with your altar, your loved ones, and the ancient traditions of Día de los Muertos - Day of the Dead celebration (approx. 2 hours) - live on zoom
• Taco dinner delivered to your door!(approx. 2 hours) - live on zoom

Tuesday - Nov. 3rd

• Spa day with guided meditation - Enjoy your personalized spa box! 
• Closing call/Be Witnessed election edition (90 mins) - live on zoom
